I decided to work at a coffee shop today instead of going to campus (since I’m lucky enough to have NO classes or meetings today). This was mainly due to the fact that there are too many “distractions” on campus.
It’s 11:26am. I’ve been here for about 45 minutes. What have I gotten done?
-Reviewing a lab for my class tomorrow.
-Reading/responding to my email.
-Checking facebook.
-Catching up on tumblr.
-Typing this post.
Damn it.
I have some serious work to get done on my thesis today. Time to get to it!
(I would like to blame my lack of motivation on the fact that I took a Turbokick class last night and now feel like I was beaten with a shovel. However, I know I’m just procrastinating.)
