I’ve been in downtown LA for an academic conference the past few days, and above are a few highlights. 1) LAX has the tastiest/healthiest airport food I’ve ever had. 2) I took some time to kick back at my hotel while waiting to head to the airport. 3) picking out macaroons at Louis Bottega! 4) The LA public library (because I’m a nerd), and 5) my snazzy hotel!
